Bee Beauty Cosmetics is a makeup artistry business based in Port Moody, British Columbia. We follow British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect what you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, the date and type of your event, where you are getting ready, how many people need makeup, how you found us, your message, and any wedding-morning plan you attach. If you book, we also keep the details needed for your appointment and agreement.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare your quote and timeline, schedule your appointments and provide our services. We never sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How it is sent and stored

The inquiry form is delivered to our business email by Resend, an email delivery service whose servers may be in the United States, where your information may be subject to that country’s laws. Your inquiry is then kept in our business inbox. We keep it only as long as we need it for your booking and our business records.

Cookies and your browser

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The wedding-morning planner keeps your plan in your own browser tab only until you send it or close the tab.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it, subject to legal and contractual limits. Email us at hello@beebeautycosmetics.ca and we will reply within 30 days.
